CANTER CON 2026 invites organisations, businesses, and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest to host a trade stall at Australia’s national equestrian coaching conference.

This is an opportunity to connect directly with coaches, centre leaders, volunteers, and sector partners from across the country, showcasing products, services, and innovations that support equestrian coaching and participation.

Trade Stall Options

Standard Trade Stall – From $500

  • 3 x 3 metre space

  • 1 × trestle table

  • 1 × chair

  • Indoor space within the trade hall

  • Listing in the event program

  • Logo included on the CANTER CON website

  • Opportunity to provide promotional material for CANTER Kits

Bespoke Trade Stall (Custom Size)

For organisations requiring a larger or uniquely configured space, bespoke indoor areas are available. Please contact the organiser to discuss layout, sizing, and pricing.
